noise issues noisy air conditioning
the location was ideal because it was close to many cultural and historical sites within WALKING distance.
The noise proved PROBLEMatic. my room faced the atrium so sounds carried quite easily and doors lacked proper sealing at the bottom. the air conditioning made loud noises. Even on its LOWEST setting it was quite distracting and kept me awake.

good facilities super bed well decorated room
My room had very good facilities and a super good bed. The room was clean and well decorated. The water took a long time to heat up but was eventually sufficient.
I could hear some noise sometimes even though the room was generally well insulated.

friendly staff free fruit great location noise problem rushed service cold food
the staff was so kind! each floor had free fruit and water. this. the location was perfect. we were so close to the palacio de bellas artes.
some noise was present. the doors had gaps under them, so sound traveled easily. breakfast service felt rushed, and my eggs were cold. the hotel lacks vegetarian meal options, unfortunately.

delicious options free tour friendly staff
The complimentary breakfast included delicious options. The hotel provided a free walking tour. It was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay.
My room was quite small. The shower door let water escape into the bathroom. I found this rather inconvenient.

polite staff lovely breakfast wonderful touch superb location
The service felt really good, with a staff so polite and always ready to assist us. The included breakfast presented a lovely start to each day. The 24-hour café was a wonderful touch, it provided snacks at any time. The location was superb, central to many beautiful historic churches.
The air conditioning had a slight bad smell, I noticed it a few times.
